The sketch will be sent after the first half of the payment. After the sketch is approved I'll ask for the second half of payment. After I receive the second half of payment, I will begin the process of finishing the illustration.

If the commission is already a sketch you already have on hand, full payment needs to be sent in the beginning.

Commissioner can request WIP at any part of the process.

Rush commissions will have a 2x charge.

Small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing minor mistakes) can be done for free for the first two revisions. After that, commissions will have a 0.5x extra charge.

Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged a 0.5x extra. Please have a detailed description of what you want before we start.

Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion.

Should the commissioner wishes to post it publicly, credit must be given to the artist.

Original files (for example: painttool sai / illustrator) are included for commercial commissions only.

Non-commercial use commissions may not be resold and at no point may a commissioner claim to have made it themselves.

Private artwork for your eyes only will cost an extra 1x.

The purchase is for digital and traditional artwork.

Commissions may be used in my social medias with the commissioner’s permission.

No refunds are offered unless I feel that I cannot handle the workload.

Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions

1.5x price where the artwork is not the main part of the product with visible credit. For example: book covers/illustrations, logos for social media accounts, promo materials, etc.

2x price for same as above Without visible credit.

3x price where the artwork is the main part of the product with visible credit. For example: board game pieces/structure, playing cards, stickers, badges, clothing, merchandise, etc.

4.5x price same as above without visible credit

2x price added on top for artwork that I cannot post or use in my portfolio immediately but I can post eventually within the year after the commission is finished

4x price added on top for artwork that I can never post or use in my portfolio

If you are paying through Ko-Fi or PayPal, I'll send you an invoice.

If you're paying through Venmo, I'll send a money request and an invoice.
